TheraFit Gym® is dedicated to providing specialized, activity-based rehabilitation & fitness programs to children, adults, and seniors with disabilities to rehabilitate them and restore their quality of life.  Our specialized facility offers fully accessible and adaptive equipment including the Quadriciser®. We serve people of all ages with disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, paraplegia, quadriplegia, obesity, and other debilitating aliments. We also serve seniors with conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart and lung disease, and other age-related problems.

We are very excited to announce that we have relocated into a much larger facility featuring new state-of-the-art equipment. We are now conveniently located in downtown Westminster, MD at 7 Tuc Rd - Suite A. Come see us!

TheraFit Gym is also proud to announce the start of our new Physical Therapy Program. Dana Pickett

Dana has a severe form of CP which involves significant muscle problems in all four limbs, and difficulties with vision and speech. Her muscles were constantly contracted and spastic which also affected the trunk, neck and head. Dana’s mother confirmed that she had never crawled or walked in her life.
